Children's Specialized Hospital Donation Information

Thank you for your donation inquiry!

All items must be new, with original packaging and unwrapped. We are unable to accept any stuffed toys (animals), dolls with hair (ex. Barbie Dolls), blankets and handmade items.

Please coordinate with us your donation drop-off dates/times and drop-off location. This will ensure our staff is prepared and we can handle your donation and delivery in the most efficient way possible. Click here for donation drop off info.

  1. 150 New Providence Road, Mountainside -Monday–Sunday 8:00am-7:00pm
  2. 1251 Highway 37 West, Toms River -Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
  3. 200 Somerset Street, New Brunswick -Monday-Sunday 8:00am-7:00pm

NEW BRUNSWICK HOLIDAY DONATION REQUEST FORM

Thank you for thinking of Children’s Specialized Hospital’s New Brunswick inpatient facility this holiday season. Our inpatient rehabilitation hospital provides comprehensive inpatient therapy for infants through young adults, up to age 21 following a serious injury, illness, premature birth, major surgery, chronic illness or pain, or any other life-changing incident. If you’d like to make a donation of new items, please fill out the below form and a CSH representative will be in contact with you to schedule the donation.
