Pre-Admission Testing

Description:

  • Within 48 hours of booking confirmation, patients will be contacted by Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset’s Pre-Admission Testing department to schedule their Pre-Admission Testing appointment.
  • Patients will need to bring Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset’s Pre-Admission Testing form (21-368) from their physician for required testing as well as a form of identification and insurance cards.

Location: Pre-Admission Testing is located on the ground floor, next to Patient Access.

Hours of Operation:

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with the last scheduled appointment time of 3:00 PM.
