Healing Homes, A Social Impact and Community Investment Initiative
Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset is now accepting applications for its Healing Homes, A Social Impact and Community Investment Initiative, through April 5, 2019. Through this initiative, housing will be offered for up to 24 months for an individual or family in Somerset County who has a chronic or acute health condition that causes financial hardship and is unable to afford housing and/or their basic needs. A single-family home owned by RWJUH Somerset has been renovated for the project.
Healing Homes, A Social Impact and Community Investment Initiative is part of RWJBarnabas Health’s Social Impact and Community Investment (SICI) practice and is a continuation of the system’s efforts to support and collaborate on the provision of safe and affordable housing for those in need.
