Graduation Requirements for PGY2 Emergency Medicine Pharmacy Residency
General
- Successfully complete orientation
- Obtain licensure from the New Jersey Board of Pharmacy within 120 days
following the start of residency
- Complete quarterly progress reports
- Function as a member of pharmacy services while performing operational
tasks as scheduled
- Complete evaluations in pharmacademic as outlined in residency manual
- Obtain and maintain appropriate basic and advanced life support certifications
(BLS, ACLS, PALS)
- Minimum of 80% Achieved for Residency (ACHR) of all required residency
goals and objectives; 100% satisfactory progress for required goals and
objectives.

- Conduct a research project and present the results at a pharmacy conference
- Produce a research manuscript suitable for publication
- Create and/or modify an existing guideline or order set
