Thank you for your interest in the Community Medical Center Emergency Medicine Residency Program. Community Medical Center is proud to offer a three-year ACGME-accredited Emergency Medicine Residency Program. We are committed to providing outstanding clinical training, a comprehensive educational program, and excellent research opportunities.

Our program provides an exceptional clinical experience through our talented and diverse Core Faculty and an Emergency Department volume of approximately 75,000 high-acuity patients per year. Our patients present with a wide variety of disease processes and pathology. Many of our faculty members are fellowship trained, providing residents with exposure to a broad spectrum of practice styles as well as opportunities for mentorship, research, and professional development in specialized fields.

Community Medical Center’s Graduate Medical Education programs are dedicated to fostering a productive learning environment and teaching physicians to work effectively within interprofessional teams. We are a patient-focused program that emphasizes an empathetic, compassionate, and high-quality approach to patient care. Our goal is to cultivate a program in which residents feel invested, supported, and empowered, with resident wellness remaining one of our highest priorities.

The Community Medical Center Emergency Medicine Residency Program is a dynamic training program that prepares residents for successful careers in Emergency Medicine. We strive to create an environment where residents build lasting relationships with their peers, mentors, and the surrounding community.
