Childbirth Experience

Education materials available for expectant parents to effectively participate in: delivery, anesthesia, analgesia, breathing and body conditioning, and recognizing signs of postpartum depression. Materials are free and mailed to your home. To request, please email Kathleen.johnson@rwjbh.org

The Start of a Beautiful Friendship

A family packet, designed to prepare soon-to-be big brothers and sisters for the arrival of a new sibling.  Big-brothers and sisters-to-be will receive an interactive workbook to express their feelings about the new sibling.  For ages 3-10. To request your “Start of a Beautiful Friendship” family packet, email Kathleen.johnson@rwjbh.org. The packet is free.
