Childbirth Preparation - Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center
Women’s Health/Parent Education at Cooperman Barnabas offers this class in a virtual and in-person for parents to help prepare them for pregnancy, labor and delivery and provide instruction in baby care.
This class addresses breathing patterns, relaxation, cesarean sections, epidural, review of the Maternity Center and newborn care.

Virtual Multi-Part Course consists of 4 weekday sessions; 7:00 to 9:00 pm

In-Person One-Day Course is held Saturdays; 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (this class breaks from 12:00 to 1:00 pm)
In-person sessions are held at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, 94 Old Short Hills Rd., Livingston, NJ (please allow enough time to find parking and enter through the Cooperman Family Pavilion)
