Survivor Circuit

Metabolic fat-burning and stamina-building conditioning session that combines footwork and agilities with resistance training and core stability work, adjustable for all fitness levels.  This circuit-style exercise class is a higher level, faster paced circuit training class meant to increase your heart rate while working on strength and power movements.  Participants must be able to demonstrate that they can get up from and down to the floor with relative ease, have good balance to perform movements safely, and be comfortable with moving quickly from one station to the next.  For more information, please call 908-927-8721.
