    Dr. Phatak obtained a BA in chemistry and physics at Harvard College and an MD/MBA at Columbia University followed by dual residencies in pediatrics and radiology and fellowship training in pediatric radiology. He holds several leadership positions at NBIMC including vice-chair of the Institutional Review Board and associate program director of the radiology residency program. He is a devoted educator and has been awarded teacher-of-the-year twice by his radiology residents.
