RWJBarnabas Health is Seeking a Total Joint Arthroplasty Orthopedic Surgeon

RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is seeking a Total Joint Arthroplasty Orthopedic Surgeon to join our growing orthopedic services in the Toms River, New Jersey area, Community Medical Center. The selected surgeon will focus on primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty, practicing within a well-established orthopedic program that emphasizes clinical excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care. Candidate Requirements:

· BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery

· Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Arthroplasty preferred.

· New Jersey licensed or eligible for licensure.

· Interest in clinical research and quality outcomes

· Prior teaching experience is preferred.

NJ Pay Transparency:

The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $500,000 to $785,000 per year.

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s educational background, skills, and professional experience.
