May 2026: More Good Days Together

2026 Mental Health Awareness Month icon

This month we are celebrating Mental Health Awareness Month. Founded in 1949, Mental Health Awareness Month is dedicated to promoting mental wellness around the world.

This year’s theme is “More Good Days, Together,” encourages us to reflect on what a “good” day looks like. Your definition of what is a good day is individual and changes depending on what is happening in your life. During tough times, a good day might be as simple as having time to take a shower; during good times, it could be taking time for personal pampering or outings with friends or family.

Once you’ve defined your good days, you can actively work toward making them happen with tools such as the ones below, including affirmations and journal prompts.

Another great tool for stress relief is our Calm Collection videos. Each one is designed to help you relieve stress so you can create more good days. This month, we are kicking off Season 4, beginning with “Talkin’ Jersey,” a humorous way of coping with the stress of AI.

One Source EAP can help you create more good days. Just call (800) 300-0628 at anytime of the day or night, your call will be answered by trained specialists.

Both the call and the services are strictly confidential.
