Ingredients
- 1 large whole wheat tortilla
- ¼ cup sliced strawberries (if using frozen, thaw)
- 1 small banana, sliced (if using frozen, thaw)
- 1 Tablespoon sunflower butter, crunchy or smooth
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Directions
- Heat pan on medium heat.
- Lay tortilla flat on a cutting board or large plate. Use a knife or kitchen scissor to cut a straight line from bottom edge to center of the tortilla.
- Spread sunflower butter all over the bottom left quarter of the tortilla.
- Working clockwise from that quarter, spread chia seeds on the quarter above the sunflower butter.
- Lay strawberries on the next quarter (top right).
- Lay sliced bananas on the last empty quarter (bottom right) and mash slightly with a fork.
- To fold: starting with the sunflower butter quarter, fold over on top of the chia seeds. Then, fold over the strawberries. Lastly, fold over the banana.
- Heat wrap until bottom is golden (~4 minutes), then flip and heat another 4 minutes.
