Add this tasty, nutritious dressing to any salad, pasta salad or even a sandwich or breakfast burrito!


  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp chives, chopped
  • 1-2 Tbsp water, to thin out


  1. Slice avocado lengthwise, remove pit, and scoop flesh into food processor or blender.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, except chives to the food processor or blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and the mixture can drip off a spoon. Add water to thin dressing as needed.
  4. Add chives and pulse to evenly distribute throughout dressing.
  5. Serve over a salad or as a dip alongside some crunchy veggies.
