Try this cripsy brussel sprout recipe for a side dish to accompany any meal this winter.
Ingredients
- 1 pound of fresh Brussel sprouts
- 8 Tbsp low-sodium teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp pepper or to taste
- 1 tsp ground ginger or to taste
- Cooking spray
Optional Ingredients
- Red pepper flakes
- Fresh ginger
- Honey
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Rinse brussels sprouts
- Chop brussels sprouts in half and remove stem
- In a large bowl, coat the prepared brussels sprouts with 6 Tbsp of low-sodium teriyaki sauce, pepper and ground ginger.
- Mix ingredients all together.
- Line a baking tray with cooking spray or oil
- Place coated brussels sprouts onto tray
- Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or longer if crispier brussels sprouts are desired
- Remove from oven and immediately coat brussels sprouts with remaining 2 Tbsp of low-sodium teriyaki sauce
