Try this cripsy brussel sprout recipe for a side dish to accompany any meal this winter.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of fresh Brussel sprouts
  • 8 Tbsp low-sodium teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp pepper or to taste
  • 1 tsp ground ginger or to taste
  • Cooking spray

Optional Ingredients

  • Red pepper flakes
  • Fresh ginger
  • Honey

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Rinse brussels sprouts
  3. Chop brussels sprouts in half and remove stem
  4. In a large bowl, coat the prepared brussels sprouts with 6 Tbsp of low-sodium teriyaki sauce, pepper and ground ginger.
  5. Mix ingredients all together.
  6. Line a baking tray with cooking spray or oil
  7. Place coated brussels sprouts onto tray
  8. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or longer if crispier brussels sprouts are desired
  9. Remove from oven and immediately coat brussels sprouts with remaining 2 Tbsp of low-sodium teriyaki sauce
