'Tis the season to whip up some cranberry relish for the table during the holidays! Cranberries are packed with antioxidants, adding some healthful flavor to your holiday meals.


  • 12 oz. fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
  • 1, 8 oz can unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 medium apple, chopped
  • 1 medium orange, chopped
  • ½cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon minced ginger
  • Grated orange zest (optional)


Place all ingredients in a large bowl; toss to combine. Refrigerate, covered, overnight to blend. If desired, serve with fresh grated orange zest.
