RWJBarnabas Health is a Healthy Communities and Premier Partner, providing wellness and nutrition programs to promote health awareness among athletes, families and coaches.
Through its partnership with Special Olympics New Jersey, RWJBarnabas Health enhances the health and athletic experiences of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The collaboration includes initiatives such as the creation of the RWJBarnabas Health Sports Court in Lawrenceville, the provision of free medical services at events, and active volunteer participation from employees during the summer games. Furthermore, RWJBarnabas Health has developed a medical directory to help families access specialized healthcare resources with compassion and expertise.
