The governance structure for the Pharmacy Enterprise in composed of three councils:
Pharmacy Enterprise Collaboratives:
The Executive, Director and Clinical Pharmacy Councils are approval groups for the Pharmacy Enterprise in strategy and direction. In order to make the best recommendations for our operations and our patients safety and outcomes, content experts are formed in groups called Pharmacy Collaboratives. These content expert groups develop all of the recommendations for the best practices for their respective disciplines in order for the council structure to endorse and adopt.
The Pharmacy Enterprise has formed 13 groups. Their pages describe the membership and the important work that these groups achieve on behalf of our Pharmacy Enterprise.
