Fellowship Structure
The Fellowship is a structured one-year program comprised of clinical and operational rotations. The program begins on Monday, June 1, 2026. During the year, the Fellow is exposed to various aspects of hospital administration.
During each rotation, the Fellow receives an overview of the department’s operations, challenges, and initiatives. The Fellow has the opportunity to work with that department on projects that are aligned with their interests and develop core competencies.
Interacting with the Senior Leadership team overseeing specific areas including operations, human resources, marketing and public relations, patient care services and nursing, finance and physicians’ services is an active part of the Fellowship. Hospital Directors serve as mentors for the Fellows, providing professional development and the opportunity to observe high-level strategic meetings.
