Join our Internationally Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) for a free in-person class on breastfeeding preparation at the LiveWell Center.  The talk provides mothers-to-be, and their support person, the opportunity to learn more about the basics of breastfeeding.  We will explore how to get a good latch, establish your milk supply, identify that our baby is getting enough milk, pumping and storing breastmilk, and returning to work.
