Join an RWJUH Somerset health care professional at the Hub for a discussion on strategies to decompress such deep breathing and meditation as well as techniques to reduce stress and anxiety.
HealthHike walkers will receive stress reducing giveaways, engage in relaxing activities, log miles and take a walk around the mall as a group.
