RWJBarnabas Health and the New Jersey Devils are teaming up once again for the 9th Annual Running with the Devils 5K Run & Walk, happening Sunday, November 2!
Join us at Essex County’s beautiful South Mountain Recreation Complex in West Orange for a day that celebrates community, health, and wellness. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or a casual walker, this event is all about coming together for a great cause. On race day, you may even be cheered on by New Jersey Devils alumni or local sports mascots, bringing team spirit and energy to push you toward the finish line!
Prefer to go at your own pace? Our virtual 5K runs from October 2 through November 2, giving you the flexibility to complete your miles anytime, anywhere—while still being part of this powerful movement.
All live event participants receive free admission to the award-winning Essex County Turtle Back Zoo after the race, with plenty of family-friendly fun included. Virtual participants are invited to visit the Zoo as our guests between November 3 and December 30, 2025.
