If you are considering surgery or are in the process of preparing or have undergone surgery, you are welcome to attend our FREE monthly support group meetings. Family, friends and support persons are also invited to attend. This is a great opportunity to meet others going through the same weight loss journey. Our meetings focus on achieving optimal wellness through weight loss surgery. Each month, we will discuss a different topic on nutrition, exercise and healthy living behaviors.

Please note in-person meetings are held from 6-7pm at:
