In both in-patient and outpatient settings, nurses play a crucial role in providing patient care, educating patients and families, advocating for patients' needs, and coordinating care. Join Ann Szapor, MBA, BSN, RN, NEA-BC, Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) at Monmouth Medical Center (MMC), for a panel discussion featuring nurses from different departments at MMC. We will explore the role of nurses in healthcare, tips for communicating with your nursing team, and what to expect if you find yourself in the hospital.
