Join us in celebrating Stroke Awareness Day with an interactive, educational, socialization and wellness program at RWJBarnabas Health Ambulatory Care Center, Conference Room A and B.
11:00 am: Meet and Greet with the Stroke Team
12:00 pm: Lunch (provided) and Guest Speakers
1:00 pm: Movement Break with the Outpatient Rehabilitation Team
1:15 pm: Socialization and Wellness Program with the Outpatient Rehabilitation Team
