11:00 to 11:45 am | Meet and Greet with Multiple Sclerosis Comprehensive Care Team
12:00 to 1:00 pm | Lunch (will be provided) and Guest Speakers 
1:00 to 1:15 pm | Gentle Stretching Break with the Outpatient Rehabilitation Team 
1:15 to 2:00 pm | Socialization and Wellness Program
