This event takes place at Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus 600 River Avenue in Lakewood, James and Sharon Maida Geriatrics Institute Conference Room. Gardening has been shown to improve one’s mood, physical health including balance, strength, and flexibility, dietary choices, and increase feelings of social connectedness. Regardless of the size of your space, there are still ways to participate in gardening – even indoors!
