Successful Aging 4 Part Series

Who out there is not getting any younger? This presentation is for
you! Studies have shown that we are in control of 70% of how we
age! Which means that our lifestyle, and how we connect to the
world around us has a huge impact on our overall health and
wellbeing. Discovering or rediscovering our purpose, and making
choices in various areas of our life, will empower us to age
successfully. This 4 part series will help you start or continue your
journey to authentic health as you age. This presentation is
informative; however, will also be interactive to allow participants
to ask questions, share ideas and offer support to each other.


Part 1 - “Move It or Lose It” - focus on physical wellbeing
Part 2 - “Use It or Lose It” - focus on intellectual wellbeing
Part 3 - “Lean On Me” - focus on positive relationships with others
Part 4 - “Let Your Light Shine” - focus on self care


Kelly Astbury is certified in Successful Aging and is also a Certified
Dementia Practitioner. She has created this 4 part series to educate
seniors about the importance of focusing on all areas of their wellbeing.
Kelly enjoys educating and guiding seniors on their path to an authentic,
engaging lifestyle as they age successfully!
