Tai Chi, October 6 from 10 to 11 a.m.


This specific class will focus on “Fall Prevention.” Sifu Jackson will demonstrate recommended ways to fall to help prevent injury. This is a one-time class and all other scheduled Tai Chi classes will continue with the instruction of Tai Chi.
