Are you feeling isolated, alone, and overwhelmed as you care for an elderly parent, relative, or friend?
Are you trying to balance the needs of your family, elderly loved one, and your job?
Do you feel like there is no time to take a break from your caregiving responsibilities?
Do you feel that your own personal needs are not being attended to?
If you answered yes to these questions, then this message is for you!
The care receiver may be a relative, friend, or neighbor, and does not need to love in the same household as the caregiver.
