Caregivers Support Group at Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus

Are you feeling isolated, alone, and overwhelmed as you care for an elderly parent, relative, or friend?

Are you trying to balance the needs of your family, elderly loved one, and your job?

Do you feel like there is no time to take a break from your caregiving responsibilities?

Do you feel that your own personal needs are not being attended to?

If you answered yes to these questions, then this message is for you!

The Caregivers Support Group is a free, ongoing weekly support group sponsored by Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus and the Ocean County Office of Senior Services.

The Group is open to anyone who is caring for a person living in Ocean County who is 60 years or older. The care receiver may be a relative, friend, or neighbor, and does not need to love in the same household as the caregiver.

The Caregivers Support Group is facilitated by a Licensed Social Worker who will offer support and education for caregivers to enhance their coping skills and develop strategies for maintaining balance in their lives while caring for their loved ones.

This group meets in the 3rd Floor Conference Room of Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus.
