Join the Center for Diabetes Wellness and Prevention at Barnabas Health Ambulatory Care Center virtually for our ongoing support group.
Online registration is required. You will receive a gotomeeting invite 2 days prior to the meeting.
You will need to have access to gotomeeting, and by joining the meeting you consent to being a part of the virtual support group with audio and video capabilities.
