Dr. Randy Shafritz, FACS, is a board-certified vascular surgeon and Regional Director of Vascular Services for Monmouth Medical Center and Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus. As an Associate Professor of Surgery at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, he leads a regional vascular program that integrates advanced vascular labs and outpatient facilities across Monmouth and Ocean counties. Dr. Shafritz is certified by the American Board of Surgery in Vascular Surgery and holds RPVI certification through the Alliance for Physician Certification and Advancement. He is actively involved in outcomes research, wound care innovation, and the use of artificial intelligence in vascular medicine, and serves on several editorial and professional boards, including the American College of Surgeons and the Vascular Society of New Jersey.
