Brian Manzi, MD is a fellowship-trained pediatric otolaryngologist specializing in the full spectrum of pediatric ear, nose, and throat conditions from newborns through young adults. He serves as an Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology in the Department of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School.
Dr. Manzi is double board-certified as an Pediatric Otolaryngologist by the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and has earned the new Complex Pediatric Otolaryngology subspecialty certification from the American Board of Medical Specialties.
He manages common pediatric ENT conditions—including recurrent ear infections, hearing loss, chronic throat infections, sinus disease, nasal obstruction, tonsil and adenoid disorders, and sleep apnea—and has advanced expertise in complex airway surgery using both endoscopic and open techniques. His clinical experience includes laryngotracheal reconstruction, treatment of glottic, subglottic, and tracheal stenosis, and comprehensive management of obstructive sleep apnea.
In addition, Dr. Manzi has extensive training in the management of complex head and neck masses, endoscopic sinus surgery, thyroid surgery, and ear surgery. He is dedicated to providing exceptional, compassionate care for all of his patients and has been recognized as a Favorite Kids’ Doc by NJ Family Magazine.
