Newark, NJ (July 8, 2026) – Newark Beth Israel Medical Center has elected three new members to its Board of Trustees: Jordan Hu, Chief Executive Officer, RiskVal Financial Solutions, LLC; Arthur Kapoor, technology entrepreneur and healthcare innovator; and Kerri Berson Levine, principal of The Fidelco Group.

Mr. Kapoor is a technology entrepreneur and healthcare innovator with more than three decades of experience driving innovation in population health management. Ms. Levine is continuing a family legacy of leadership in the city of Newark and at Newark Beth Israel that her late father, former Chairman Marc Berson began. We look forward to working with all three to provide exceptional patient care, address social determinants of health, and shape change in the communities we serve.”

Jordan Hu is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of RiskVal Financial Solutions, LLC. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a globally recognized provider of fixed-income pre-trade analytics and risk management solutions.
Recognized for his leadership and innovation, Mr. Hu has received numerous technology awards, including being named one of the New Jersey Institute of Technology’s (NJIT) “Top 30 Influencers” and Ernst & Young LLP’s 2025 Entrepreneur of The Year® New Jersey.
Mr. Hu earned a bachelor's degree in applied mathematics from National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan and a master's degree in computer science from NJIT. In 2024, Mr. Hu’s generous support of his alma mater led to the renaming of NJIT’s College of Science and Liberal Arts; it is now the Jordan Hu College of Science and Liberal Arts, in his honor.
Arthur Kapoor has dedicated his career to building financial, clinical, and operational platforms that address complex challenges across multiple industries. He is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Infotech Global, Inc., a software development company that specializes in agile methodologies and enterprise application development. Mr. Kapoor entered the healthcare technology sector in 1991 when he founded MedLink Technologies, which became the fastest-growing healthcare claims clearinghouse in the United States, and since then he has become a pioneer in the healthcare technology and innovation space.
Mr. Kapoor also serves as Chairman of the American Hindu Jewish Congress, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and he serves on the Board of the New Jersey Health Care Facilities Financing Authority. In 2010, Mr. Kapoor founded the Akluyva Foundation, which provides food, clothing, education and medical care to orphaned children in India; and in 2011 he was knighted by the Sovereign Military Order of Malta in recognition of his humanitarian work.
Mr. Kapoor earned both his bachelor’s degree in computer science and his master’s in business administration at Rutgers University.
Kerri Berson Levine is Principal of The Fidelco Group and a dedicated philanthropist, focused on improving the vitality of inner-city neighborhoods throughout the tristate area, particularly in Newark. At Fidelco, Ms. Levine specializes in the positioning and repositioning of large assets, recently spearheading the revitalization of the North End hub in downtown Newark fostering a new energy that brings together regional entrepreneurs, community groups and established companies.
Ms. Levine serves as board chair of Opportunity Project Inc. and is on the board of the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC). She is also on the advisory board for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Essex, Hudson, and Union Counties.
Ms. Levine is a graduate of New York University’s College of Arts & Science, where she serves as a trustee.
