pumpkin spice dipThis fall favorite dip whips together in no time! It is a great way to encourage your kids to try new fruits dipped into it; pears and apples are our favorites! Plus, pumpkins are packed with vitamin A for our eyes! Make this dip for an afterschool treat or as a healthier alternative on your dessert table to traditional pumpkin pie. Enjoy!


1 can (15 ounces) pureed pumpkin
6 ounces nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
6 ounces low-fat cream cheese, softened
¼ cup honey
2 teaspoons cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg


  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve with sliced apples, pears or pretzels for dipping. Enjoy!

Yield: 32 servings (2 tablespoons per serving)
