Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset’s Community Health Department is offering a variety of free online community health education programs throughout September.

They include:

  • Webinar: Mindful Eating: Are You Conscious of Your Consumption?, Wednesday, Sept. 16, 12 to 12:30 p.m. Amy Walsh, certified diabetes educator and manager of the Diabetes Education Center at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset, will discuss strategies to improve your relationship with food and activity.   • Webinar: The Prostate Paradigm, Thursday, Sept. 22, from 12 to 12:30 p.m. Dr. Dhiren Dave, a urologist and robotic surgeon at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset, will discuss urological conditions such as incontinence, benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostate cancer.
