Dr. Haejin In is a surgical oncologist and Associate Director for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey. She specializes in the surgical management of upper gastrointestinal cancers, including stomach, esophageal, pancreatic, and peritoneal surface malignancies. Her research focuses on improving outcomes for gastrointestinal cancer patients and addressing healthcare disparities.
