This hospital makes me feel so comfortable. I knew they were going to take good care of me at Saint Barnabas. They saved my life.”

Marjorie Ann Rue, 40 years old, lives and works in New York City as a Dialysis Nurse. During her pregnancy, she was followed by the high-risk obstetricians at Saint Barnabas Medical Center. Five months into her pregnancy, Marjorie was having trouble breathing. She insisted on driving across the river to be treated at Saint Barnabas Medical Center for COVID-19. “If anything happened to me while I was pregnant, I wanted the staff at Saint Barnabas to take care of me,” said Marjorie.
After her five-day stay in the hospital, Marjorie was able to go home. Four months later, she was back at Saint Barnabas for a cesarean section. Her beautiful baby boy was born at 36 weeks and taken care of by the staff in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. “The facility was clean and comfortable. I felt very secure here. I trust that my baby was in good hands,” said Marjorie.
“This hospital makes me feel so comfortable,” she added. “I knew they were going to take good care of me at Saint Barnabas. They saved my life.”
