As of September 1, 2026, Shrewsbury Diagnostic Imaging has permanently closed. Medical Records will be available on-site through December 31,2026, at Shrewsbury Diagnostic Imaging. For inquiries regarding imaging CD's or medical records, call 732-578-9640.

Effective January 1, 2027, Monmouth Medical Center’s Department of Radiology will make records available. For assistance beginning January 1st, call 732-923-6800, and choose prompt 2.
