Who leads the Resident Development Initiative?

The Resident Development Initiative is coordinated by leadership from each of the Graduate Medical Education Programs as well as the RWJBarnabas Health Medical Group.

Dr. Rokosz serves as Senior Vice President for Medical and Academic Affairs at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ. He leads Graduate Medical Education for all four teaching hospitals within RWJBarnabas Health.

Dr. Jaeger is Associate Vice President of Academic Affairs at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ and also serves as Associate Dean of Academic Affairs for Monmouth Programs at Drexel University College of Medicine.

Dr. Ratner serves as Chair of Medicine and Director of Medical Education at Jersey City Medical Center.

Dr. Rosenberg is the Director of Medical Education and Clinical Research at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ.

Dr. Rosenblatt serves as Chair of the Department Pediatrics as well as Vice President Academic Affairs overseeing all Graduate Medical Education at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, NJ.

With more than 15 years' experience supporting strategic and operational leaders in hospitals, ambulatory care and private practice settings, Kelly Fulton, RN leads physician development for RWJBarnabas Health hospitals and the Barnabas Health Medical Group providing insights and strategy for physician recruitment, new practice acquisition and leads day-to-day operations for the Barnabas Health Medical Group.
