Infectious Diseases Fellowship

The Infectious Diseases Fellowship at the Newark Beth Israel Medical Center is a two-year program designed to train future infectious diseases clinicians.

The Fellowship provides a broad based clinical experience in the practice of infectious diseases including diagnosis, management and prevention application of evidence-based methods of problem solving, decision-making and an approach to patient care, driven by humanistic and professional values.

The program offers a wide range of clinical experience in all aspects of infectious diseases, a very active transplant program, oncology service, large Ryan White funded HIV program, travel related clinic among other programs, give the fellows a comprehensive clinical experience.
