Required Projects and Presentations
- Completion of a draft ready manuscript for publication
- Completion of a continuing education session
- Completion of a drug monograph for presentation at the Pharmacy and Therapeutics committee meeting
- Successfully compile and run the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meeting
- Participate in the Friday journal club series sponsored by AAPP
- Successfully compile and run the psychiatric collaborative meeting for the network
Conference Attendance
- Attend at present at ASHP, AAPP, and NJSHP
Learning Experiences
- A teaching certificate is available through the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy at Rutgers University. The PGY2 resident is required to complete this program unless already completed.
- Residents must be able to complete all assigned patient group medication education sessions on the units of which they are assigned to.
- The resident is required to achieve 80% of objectives for the residency.
