HealthHike Walking Program: Firm Footing Foils Falls
Recognize risk factors for falls, causes, the correlation with different medical conditions (i.e. incontinence, osteoporosis and Alzheimer's, etc.), diagnostic tools to determine root causes, appropriate gait and balance, treatment options including physical therapy and prevention strategies. A balance screening will be provided. A light breakfast will be served.
