This symposium is designed to provide the necessary knowledge and skills for renal health care professionals who wish to broaden their knowledge of kidney and pancreas transplantation as a treatment modality for their CKD patients. It is specifically designed for dialysis nurses, patient care technicians, dialysis social workers and dietitians.
The symposium will also provide initial and recertification for transplant surgeon designees. Nurses and social workers will be certified as transplant surgeon designees.

This continuing nursing activity was approved by American Nephrology Nurses’ Association – Approver an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation for 6.25 contact hours.
For PCTs
This activity has been submitted to NANT, National Association of Nephrology Technicians /Technologists for approval to award contact hours to patient care technicians.
