Event

As part of its Parkinson's Awareness Day, the Parkinson's Disease Patient and Family Advisory Committee at SBMC will host a celebration and educational event for those with Parkinson's disease as well as their caregivers, family and friends.

Speakers will include:

• Arash Fazl, MD, PhD, a Barnabas Health Medical Group member, board-certified in psychiatry and neurology, who specializes in movement disorders, Parkinson's disease, dystonia, tremor and deep brain stimulation. 
• Paul R. Gigante, MD, a neurosurgeon who specializes in a novel frameless surgical technique to perform deep brain stimulation for patients with Parkinson’s Disease, essential tremor, and dystonia.

Lunch will be served and free valet parking will be available at the Discharge Lobby Entrance.
