This program will feature RWJBarnabas Health Medical Group providers and Co-Medical Directors of the RWJUH Hamilton Center for Wound Healing, Honesto (Sto) Poblete, MD, vascular surgeon, Chairman of Department of Surgery and Section Chief, Thoracic and Vascular/Endovascular Surgery; and Reza A. Shah, DO, vascular and general surgeon, Vice Chairman of the Department of Surgery; along with Jason Jolliffe, DPM, board-certified podiatrist, foot and ankle surgeon, and expert in wound care and limb salvage of the foot and ankle. These medical experts will help attendees learn about chronic and non-healing wounds and various wound conditions, including diabetic foot ulcers, venous and arterial ulcers, swollen legs, radiation wounds and wounds related to cancer treatments, as well as specialized care and advanced treatments, including hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Attendees will also hear directly from a patient who will share their diagnosis, treatment journey and how this team helped save their life and limb.
