Alexa Palomino, Mental Health Coordinator for the Community Health and Outreach Department, will provide attendees the opportunity to understand signs and symptoms of mental health decline, and provide tools to seek help. Using our shared system values of empathy, curiosity, and teamwork, this training will enhance our understanding of mental health in 2025.

In honor of Military Appreciation Month, we will specifically focus on mental health awareness for our veteran community members and employees. This training, titled “Mental Health First Aid,” will be followed by a question and answer session with members of our VETS BRG.
