Walk Audit to Branch Brook Park! - Newark Beth Israel Medical Center
Come walk with us! Come out and give your input on how we can make getting to Branchbrook park easier and safer for the community!
Why? Walk audits help identify concerns regarding safety and access for those who walk and bike. Your in put can help us identify ways to make it easier and safer to walk to the park. All are welcome to participate in this event.
The first 10 registrants will receive a gift card at the end of the walk!
Date and Time: Thursday May 1,2025 | 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Meeting location: La Casa De Don Pedro- 202 1st St, Newark, NJ 07107
What to expect:
- Walking for about 1 hour with breaks.
- Water and snacks will be provided
- Observe and document barriers to walking
- Share your thoughts on how to improve our streets.
- No experience neccesary! Just bring comfortable shoes and a passion for safer streets!
