Free Cardiac Screenings: Open to the first 75 athletes | 6-18 years old
Free Concussion Screenings: Open to the first 75 athletes | 5-18 years old
Screenings are recommended to be repeated every 2 years.
Attendance is free, but an appointment is required in advance. Please use this website to register and a member of our team will be in touch via email to confirm appointment availability and time. Together, the Matthew J. Morahan III Health Assessment Center for Athletes (MJM) and top sports medicine providers from the Musculoskeletal and Sports Medicine Institute use preventive medicine and screening, as well as innovative sports injury evaluation and management, to navigate athletes safely back to the field.
MJM proudly partners with schools and programs across the state, providing physician oversight, screening and injury management services to many of New Jersey’s top athletic programs, including Rutgers University, Seton Hall University, and the New Jersey Devils.
MJM has provided over 50,000 screenings to youth sports athletes since 2010.
