RWJ Fitness and Wellness Center Fitness Festival
Join us for the RWJ Fitness and Wellness Center New Brunswick’s five-year anniversary celebration!
Together, the RWJ Fitness and Wellness Center, RWJUH and the City of New Brunswick’s Mayors Wellness Campaign, hosts a free, one- day Fitness Festival with more than 20 classes and demos to sample.
The event is free and open to the entire community to enjoy.
Guests can attend some of the latest classes like HIIT Cycle, Mat Pilates, BODYPUMP™, Boxing and Zumba®, receive glucose, cholesterol, blood pressure, balance and foot screenings, meet with health and fitness professionals and shop local wellness vendors.
