Free Breast Cancer Screening & Education Program - Community Medical Center
This program will offer screening mammograms for women, a High-Risk Cancer Program Assessment, breast health education, and giveaways. Mammograms for women without health insurance will be paid for by the New Jersey Cancer Education and Early Detection Program (NJCEED). NJCEED is part of the New Jersey Department of Health and provides comprehensive screening services for breast, cervical, prostate, and colorectal cancer. Women with health insurance will have their visits submitted through their insurance company.
Please make sure you have your health insurance information available at the time of registration.
